Venture Factory · Build + Launch
The factory line: research → build → launch.
Every venture runs through three deterministic phases before the VentureOS Mini ships.
Phase 1 — Research
The research visual doubles as a hero “Discovery Board”: a magnified lens over demand models and interview notes. Use it to show clients what the first deliverable looks like.
Niche discovery
Opportunity scanning, TAM/SAM analysis, demand mapping, and whitespace identification.
Validation
Audience interviews, landing page smoke tests, pricing probes, and early waitlists.
Competitive intelligence
Scorecards across offerings, distribution, tone, and monetization to find the edge.
Compliance + viability
Regulatory scan, policy requirements, infrastructure needs, and approval checkpoints.
Phase 2 — Build
This mock shows the VentureOS builder canvas—brand system at the top, product modules below, and automation toggles to the right. It should feel like a screenshot from the internal tooling.
Product & offer
Product spec, pricing tiers, guarantee, onboarding path, fulfillment logic.
Brand & content
Visual identity, narrative, voice guide, long-form and short-form copy banks.
Website & storefront
Marketing site, gated assets, checkout flow, customer dashboard.
Systems setup
CRM, email, support, payment stack, automations, data pipelines.
Phase 3 — Launch
The launch visual acts as a campaign console: video queue on the left, social lines on the right, and status bars at the bottom. Use it wherever we talk about channel activation.
Social channels
Handle creation, content calendars, scheduling automations for X, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn.
YouTube / audio pipeline
Scripts, templates, editing automations, publishing workflow, thumbnail sets.
Email + inbox
ESP setup, welcome journeys, lead scoring, shared inbox with auto-triage.
Campaigns & reporting
Launch offers, paid tests, analytics dashboards, KPI alerts, approval loops.
Deliverable checklist
PDF + Notion summary, interview notes, demand models.
Brand kit, site repo, product catalog, automation scripts.
Social assets, video templates, ads, calendar, reporting dashboards.
Runbooks, service playbooks, approvals, VentureOS Mini image.
